Luxury Property Decoration, Bristol
BC Services were recommended to the client by a neighbour that we had previously carried out work for.
The luxury properties were constructed in 2012 and the client required a full decoration quotation. He wanted to put his own personal stamp on the property and to overcome the cracks in shrinkage that had occurred.
BC Services supplied a quotation for the client which was accepted, the work was then scheduled in with a convenient start date for the client.
PHASE 1
BC Services arrived at the property and moved furniture around ready for decorating.
We covered and protected all the furniture, work tops, kitchen units and flooring.
PHASE 2
We raked out and filled all cracks and shrinkage, we then used 120 grade sand paper to smooth and prepare the surfaces.
PHASE 3
Once all prep work had been carried out BC Services then applied two coats of Dulux white emulsion to the ceilings and two coats of Farrow & Ball emulsion to the walls. Once this was completed BC Services then carried out a Farrow & Ball estate egg shell system to the woodwork.
The client was very impressed with the standard of workmanship produced. Also the polite and caring attitude of B C Services employees. So much so that we have now
PHASE 4
Once the decorating was completed BC Services removed protected sheeting and carried out a thorough clean of the property.
